The Haasge Bos, or the green entrance to The Hague! It is the oldest forest in the Netherlands and about 100 hectares in size. The forest has Paleis Huis ten Bosch, seating areas in the park and several playgrounds for children. There is even a Haagse Bos app with a puzzle tour! Ideal for a walk!
Scheveningse Bosjes

From The Hague towards Scheveningen beach, the Scheveningse Bosjes can be found. The flora and fauna here is special and diverse due to influences from other European countries. An example are the Austrian pines against windblown sand and, due to a Roman fort, the vineyard snail also lives here!
Panbos - Pan van Persijn

A special forest with lots of entertainment for young and old! Pan van Persijn is a walking and playing forest with duck ponds, a playground and a deer zoo. Largely, the forest is wheelchair accessible.
