Cancellation policy for meeting room reservations.
Cancellation policy for meeting rooms - For quotation/invoice amount up to a maximum of € 2,500.00 (excluding room nights)
- > 14 days before the start of the meeting: cancellation free of charge
- 14 – 7 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 6 - 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 3 - 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
- No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
Cancellation policy for rooms - For quotation/invoice amount from €2,500.00 up to € 5,000.00 (excluding room nights)
- > 30 days before the start of the meeting: cancellation free of charge
- 30 – 14 days before the start of the meeting: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 13 – 7 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 6 – 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 3 – 0 : 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
- No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
Cancellation policy for rooms - For quotation/invoice amount from € 5,000.00 (excluding room nights)
- > 180 days before the start of the meeting: cancellation free of charge
- 90 days before the start of the meeting: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 90 – 60 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 60 – 30 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
- 30 – 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
- No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
Conditions for changes to number of participants
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date: maximum 10% of the originally reserved number of guests.
- Expansion of the number of guests: in consultation, depends on the capacity of the meeting room and F&B.
- If a minimum number of persons is stated in the quotation, changes can be made taking into account the number of persons stated there. If we do not receive any changes, we will use the last specified number of guests.
Cancellation policy for room reservations for groups (> 9 rooms)
We apply the following conditions for group reservations:
- > 180 days before arrival date: change and cancellation free of charge
- 180 – 90 days before arrival date: a maximum of 50 nights can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night € 75.00 will be charged.
- 90 – 60 days before arrival date: a maximum of 30 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night € 85.00 will be charged.
- 60 – 30 days before arrival date: a maximum of 25 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night € 95.00 will be charged.
- 30 – 14 days before arrival date: a maximum of 5 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night € 125.00 will be charged.
- 13 – 4 days before arrival date: € 125.00 will be charged for every other canceled night
- 3 – 0 days prior to the day of arrival at 12:00 noon / no – show: 100% of every other canceled night will be charged.
All changes must be confirmed in writing or by email.
