Our hotel is located in an area with a lot of nature. The broad beaches, forests and Dutch dunes make it a popular place for domestic and foreign nature lovers.

Dogs in our Gastrobar Hop
Have you finished your walk? Then it's time to relax at the hotel with your dog. Dogs are allowed in our Gastrobar Hop. In the summer you are allowed to sit on the terrace with the dog. Enough options to reminisce about your beautiful day in nature!
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in Restaurant Eiber.


Areas for walking the dog

The area has several nature reserves. Unfortunately dogs are not everywhere allowed.

Haagse bos
Dogs are welcome in the Haagse Bos if they are kept on a leash. The dogs do not have to be kept on a leash in all areas. This is clearly marked with signs.

Meijendel
Dogs are allowed if they are kept on a leash. Dogs are also allowed on part of the trails without a leash.

Wassenaarse slag
Dogs are allowed to run free on the beach of Wassenaar all year round north and south of the bathing beach. The largest dog beach can be reached via a marked dog route that starts from the car park. The route leads through the Berkheide dune area. Note: Dogs must be kept on a leash between March 1st and August 1st.

Scheveningen
From October 1st to May 15th dogs are welcome on the entire beach of The Hague. Dogs are allowed to run freely all year round on Noorderstrand.

Estate the Wittenburg
Outside the breeding season (March 1st to August 1st) dogs are allowed to run free in the Wittenburg. Dogs are allowed in the breeding season if they are kept on a leash.

Clingendael
Dogs must be kept on a leash in Clingtael, except in the designated outdoor areas.

De Horsten
Due to the fragility of the property, dogs are not allowed.
